Regarding any activities, guests acknowledge that where activities are provided by suppliers outwith Crossbaket Castle Ltd and outwith Crossbaket Castle’s premises, the hotel has no control over the provision of those services.

We ‘Crossbaket Castle Ltd’ organise and book on guest’s behalf and are under the understanding that we are acting on guest’s behalf and facilitating the booking.  As most suppliers are external to Crossbaket Castle, your contract is with the supplier direct and not with Crossbaket Castle.  In the event of loss arising in connection with those services (including for the avoidance of doubt the non performance of these services) guests shall recover those losses from the supplier direct and not Crossbaket Castle.

Please note a booking fee may be added to the cost of the service which will be included in the price provided.
