Remy Roux Gourment Dining Experience

Join us for an evening in collaboration with Michel Roux Jr and the house of Rémy Martin, which is marking 300 years of exceptional cognac-making this year.

Together we will connect a selection of cognacs with the flair of our kitchen to create a bespoke 5 course paired dinner.

The menu has been overseen by Chef Michel Roux Jr and will be executed by our wonderful chefs at Crossbasket, to ensure a perfect pairing.  The event will be hosted by Rémy Martin who will talk through the pairings and history of the famous house of Rémy Martin.
