Crossbasket Castle is hosting the ultimate yoga retreat

Stretch your mind, body and soul with two yoga sessions, each session will begin with breathing exercises where Valerie Wilson will  guide a breathing practice or Pranayama to help you to breathe fully, which will help you to find comfort in your postures on your mat and in your life.

Valerie, an advanced seasonal Yoga teacher with a background in nursing and fitness, is originally from Lanarkshire, but is now living in Ayrshire with her husband and two dogs. She will gently guide you through yoga practices where the focus of early summer is all about connection. Connecting with the world, to each other and very importantly to yourselves, connecting  mind, inner body and intuition. Valerie will guide you through meditation at the end of each practice session and, weather permitting, guests will have the chance to take part in gentle walking meditation throughout the beautiful castle grounds after enjoying a seasonal lunch.

£70 per person.
