First overseen by the late legendary French chef Albert Roux, our restaurant at Crossbasket is now masterminded by his son Michel Roux Jnr and entrusted to his award-winning executive head chef to run every day. Together, the two chefs pay homage to Michel’s late father, whilst breathing fresh new life into traditional French cooking using seasonal Scottish produce.
